TN-RERA directs Casagrande Homes to handover possession of apartment & Levies a penalty of Rs 3,00,000/- for contravention of the RERA Act,2016

Mr Rahul Jagannathan had argued before TN-RERA that the promoter had acted in complete contravention to the RERA Act,2016 which caused undue hardship to the client.

TN-RERA imposes a penalty of Rs 3,00,000/- to be paid be M/s Ozone Projects Pvt Ltd and further directs the promoter to handover possession of the apartment to the complainant.
