Mr Rahul Jagannathan had argued on behalf of the home-buyers that the promoters were not adhering to the terms of the agreements and were demanding additional payments which were not agreed upon between the parties as per the agreements. Hence, accepting the contention raised; a direction was issued to strictly adhere to the terms of the signed agreements.
