TN-RERA imposes a penalty of Rs 3,00,000/- to be paid be M/s Ozone Projects Pvt Ltd and further directs the promoter to handover possession of the apartment to the complainant.

Mr Rahul Jagannathan was engaged to appear for the Complainant and had argued that the promoter had acted in complete contravention to the RERA Act,2016. Accepting the said contention, TN-RERA was pleased to allow the complaint.
