Family court dissolves marriage under the grounds of cruelty
Mr Rahul Jagannathan was engaged to appear for the husband and had argued that the husband was subject to severe mental cruelty. Accepting the said contention, the Hon’ble family court has dissolved the marriage under the grounds of cruelty.
